Audiophile components and technical innovation are the hallmarks of this top-of-the-range model in the Quantum 1000 S series. This flagship speaker, which is available in a black or white high-gloss finish, has been redesigned and the fitted wooden side panels featured by its predecessor have been omitted.
Besides the excellent quality workmanship and material used, as well as the speaker´s simple, elegant design, the focal point of the Quantum 1009 S is clearly on its acoustic performance. Two 170 mm chassis cater for a powerful low-frequency range, while the midrange driver with its "Controlled Flexing Cone" guarantees a degree of spatiality that is well above-average. The high-end tweeter with its wide surround ensures an optimum performance in the treble range.

Gold-plated bi-wiring terminal

The bi-wiring connector panel with solid, encapsulated screw terminals is also perfectly suited to high-quality large gauge cables. The generously dimensioned cable bridges forward every signal loss-free to the loudspeaker.

Perfect acoustic decoupling

Solid all-metal spikes for perfect acoustic decoupling from the floor area. The spikes are height adjustable so as to compensate for uneven areas.
